Imaginary City
Reaction After Critical Evaluation
I think that the project is going in the right direction and, ‘m combining my work ethics to my new power of getting to what I believe is a successful end to a project. Rather than one over the other. And my track record would probably suggest to many ideas and a lot of work… but, never quite getting there. Unlike last years “Shapes” project which did combine the two.
Anyway, back to the work.
The Imaginary City project was something that I felt at first wasn’t something that I would ever want to do in my own time or college for that matter, but it turned out to be a really good project and has been very beneficiary to me. I have learned that I can have a successful end product and development work. Which has given me a much needed confidence boost. I have felt for a long time that I’m no way near my full potential, but in saying that I have the rest of my life to learn.
Site
For the project I was to pick a site and within that site, create some kind of structure or development.
I chose the Lake / pond at The Scottish Government Building, next to Ocean Terminal and all of those lovely new housing developments.
